Julijus Glebovas brings over 20 years of experience in international trade, diplomacy, and public administration. He has served as Commercial Attaché at Lithuanian embassies in the Netherlands and Belarus, and previously held senior roles at JSC Lithuanian Railways and Office of the Seimas (Parliament) of the Republic of Lithuania. He has a Master of Laws (LL.M) from Vilnius University and is fluent in English, Russian, Spanish, French, and Dutch.
